01 – Your Tasks:

You are responsible for providing high quality support in the OnlyFans messages, selling content and building rapport with the fans. This is done through our chatting software.

  • Answering the fans messages: Answering all fan messages is important on the one hand to symbolize to the model that we care about the account and at the same time it is important to satisfy the fans.
  • Building rapport: Personal connection is one of the most important things, as fans want to talk with the models and thus spend more money and are loyal fans for a long time. With empathy and some effort it is a longer process but definitely great value.
  • Selling PPV Content: The sales of the PPV should be 5-10 times higher than the subscription price. Chatter has to proceed strategically through our upsell strategy and exchange with the fan personally at the beginning.

 

02 – Requirements

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:

  • Fluent in English language and sexting ability 
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Quick worker that can multi-task well
  • You need to be over 18 years old
 

03 – Training Academy

Successful applicants will be required to participate in a four-day virtual training academy, where they will learn about our products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

The academy will include a combination of live and pre-recorded sessions, quizzes and assessments, as well as interactive breakout sessions with your colleagues.

We are looking for high quality, motivated individuals to join our support team. We are a fully remote, international team with client success managers located all over the world and with our management team located in Europe.

 

01 – Your Tasks:

You are responsible for providing individual support to our OnlyFans models, resolving bottlenecks and keeping accountability high. This is done through 1:1 calls, project management, consulting and telegram support.

  • Telegram Support: Between accountability calls, you support your model via Telegram with helpful answers, Loom videos or send the appropriate solutions.
  • Accountability Calls: In weekly calls, you analyse the current bottlenecks, answer specific questions and define the next work packages in the project management board.
  • Client Success Management: On a daily basis you will work on the OnlyFans profiles, monitor the Social Media Accounts and push the models

  • OnlyFans experience: You should have experience in OnlyFans as you will be talking to our models about these very topics.

  • Leadership: You must be able to hold your counterpart accountable after they have told you what is important to them.

01 – Your Tasks:

You are responsible for providing our Chat Agents with enough traffic (fans) in order to maximise the models earnings.

  • Instagram management: You are responsible for managing the models instagram account with the goal to grow their accounts as well as to win fans for her OnlyFans.
  • Reddit management: This is where you will put in the most work. You are responsible for growing the models reddit page, finding relevant subreddits to post in, with the goal to win more Fans.
  • TikTok Management: TikTok is by far the easiest platform to gain fans from. Therefore you will do A/B Split Test and a bunch more things on there.
  • Funnel Optimization: In order for the model to have a better Conversion Rate. Your job is to optimise the funnel.

  • Reddit experience: You should have experience as Reddit marketer as you will be handling the models profiles.

01 – Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for attracting OnlyFans Creator in your pipeline as clients. In addition to making sales calls, this is done through Nurturing, Follow-Up & Self-Gen activities.

  • Conduct scheduled sales calls: The goal here is logically to close deals for our management service. The most important KPIs here are your call close rate (%) and the closed deal volume.

  • Lead Nurturing: If no deal is closed during the first call, you nurture the relationship over the long term and prepare to close a deal at a later date.
    Prepare a deal at a later point in time.

  • Prospecting: You will be expected to close gaps in the calendar – of course you will use our lead channels.
